Saturday - July 8, 2023

  • 12:00PM - 2:00PM Check In.
  • 2:30PM - 6:00PM Orientation.
  • 6:30PM - 8:00PM - Welcome Dinner and Group Photo.
  • 8:00PM - 10:00PM - Color Wars! Each student will be assigned to a color group that will compete in a beachside test of skills. This fast-paced team-building competition will result in one team winning a FABULOUS prize! Color Wars Competition Finale will be broadcast LIVE on our Social Media at 9:30PM Eastern on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok!
  • 10:30 PM - Lights Out.

Sunday - July 9, 2023

  • 6:30AM - 8:00AM - Rise and Shine! Breakfast on your own schedule.
  • 8:00AM - Parents Roundtable Breakfast. Lead by our Parent Advisor, get to know your fellow parents and learn what to expect as you embark on this crazy journey.
  • 8:30AM - 11:30AM - College Audition Technique Masterclass. Students will meet with Tim Evanicki and our Accompanist staff to discuss proper audition technique both in and out of the audition room. Tim will also walk students through proper headshots and resumes for their college auditions. Students are encouraged to bring a laptop with their resume file on it. Don’t have a resume? We’ll make one for you at this workshop!
  • 11:30AM - 12:00PM - Lunch.
  • 12:30PM - 3:30PM - Session 1 Masterclasses. Students and parents will break off into their color groups for private workshops with each of the schools.
  • 3:30PM - 4:00PM - Snack and Rest.
  • 4:00PM - 7:00PM - Session 2 Masterclasses.
  • 7:00PM - 8:00PM - Dinner.
  • 8:00PM - Piano Bar Performance! The first of our performance groups will perform this evening for their fellow students, and LIVE on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok!

Monday - July 10, 2023

  • 6:30AM - 8:00AM - Rise and Shine! Breakfast on your own schedule.
  • 8:00AM - 8:30AM - Group Warm Ups with our RAs!
  • 8:30AM - 11:30AM - Session 3 Masterclasses.
  • 11:30AM - 12:30PM - Lunch and Rest.
  • 12:30PM - 3:30PM - Session 4 Masterclasses.
  • 3:30PM - 4:00PM - Snack and Rest.
  • 4:00PM - 7:00PM - Session 5 Masterclasses.
  • 7:00PM - 8:00PM - Dinner.
  • 8:00PM - 10:00PM - Drag Queen Karaoke Performance! The second of our performance groups will perform this evening for their fellow students, and LIVE on Facebook and Instagram, with special guest, Pittsburgh Drag Legend Dixie Surewood!

Tuesday - July 11, 2023

  • 6:30AM - 8:00AM - Rise and Shine! Breakfast on your own schedule.
  • 8:00AM - 8:30AM - Group Warm Ups with our RAs!
  • 8:30AM - 11:30AM - Session 6 Masterclasses.
  • 11:30AM - 12:30PM - Lunch and Rest.
  • 12:30PM - 3:30PM - Session 7 Masterclasses.
  • 3:30PM - 4:00PM - Snack and Rest.
  • 4:00PM - 7:00PM - Session 8 Masterclasses.
  • 7:00PM - 8:00PM - Dinner.
  • 8:00PM - Miscast Cabaret Performance! Our Third Performance Group will get onstage this evening performing songs they would never normally be cast to sing on stage for their fellow students, and LIVE on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok!

Wednesday - July 12, 2023

  • 8:00AM - SLEEP IN! Rise and Shine! Breakfast on your own schedule.
  • 9:00AM - 12:00PM - Celebrity Master Class.
  • 12PM - 1:00PM - Lunch and Rest.
  • 1:00PM - Board Busses for Kennywood Amusement Park! (Dinner Included).
  • 9:30PM - Return to Point Park University.
  • 10:30PM - Lights Out.

Thursday - July 13, 2023

  • 6:30AM - 8:00AM - Rise and Shine! Breakfast on your own schedule.
  • 8:00AM - 8:30AM - Group Warm Ups with our RAs!
  • 8:30AM - 11:30AM - Session 9 Masterclasses.
  • 8:30AM - 11:30AM - Parents Financial Aid Bootcamp. If you use the tools given to you at this workshop, the Conservatory pays for itself with the money you will save on College tuition.
  • 11:30AM - 12:30PM - Lunch and Rest.
  • 12:30PM - 3:30PM - Session 10 Masterclasses.
  • 3:30PM - 4:00PM - Snack break.
  • 4:00PM - 7:00PM - Session 11 Masterclasses.
  • 7:00PM - 8:00PM - Dinner.
  • 8:00PM - 10:00PM Conservatory Variety Show!
  • 10:30PM - Lights Out.

Friday - July 14, 2023

  • 6:30AM - 8:00AM - Rise and Shine! Breakfast on your own schedule.
  • 8:00AM - Guided Group Warm Up and Morning Announcements.
  • 8:30AM - 11:30AM - Parents meetings and Presentations with Additional Visiting Schools.
  • 8:30AM - 11:30AM - Session 12 Masterclasses.
  • 11:30AM - 1:00PM - Lunch and Prepare for Dance Call.
  • 1:00PM - 3:30 PM - DANCE CALL.
  • 3:30PM - 5:00 PM - Parents/Alumni Ice Cream Social Reception. As a wrap up to your week, parents will be joined by former parents and students of Tim Evanicki/The College Audition for an informal roundtable discussion and reception.
  • 5:00PM - 7:00PM - Mock Auditions. Students will sing two song cuts and perform one monologue in 5 different rooms and receive feedback from the ten schools they have worked with all week, plus additional schools that join us just for the last day. This is an unprecedented opportunity to receive feedback as to your areas of improvement to work on before your actual college auditions.
  • 5:00PM - 7:00PM - Tim Evanicki Office Hours. Parents can schedule a meeting with Tim Evanicki to discuss anything you need!
  • 7:00PM - 10:30PM - Free Time. Rest and Prepare for Auditions tomorrow.

Saturday - July 15, 2023

  • 6:30AM - 9:00AM - Rise and Shine! Breakfast and warm up on your own schedule.
  • 9:00AM - 6:00PM - Mock Auditions Continue.
  • 11:30AM - 12:30PM - Lunch.
  • 6:30PM - 10:30PM - Riverboat Dinner Cruise.
  • 11:00PM - Lights Out.

Sunday - July 16, 2023

  • 7:00AM - Rise and Shine! Breakfast is not provided this day. It will be available in the dining hall, but you will need to pay cash. Time to check out, and travel back to the airport*.

*We will not be providing ground transportation to/from the airport, but we will have staff at the airport and at the lobby of Thayer to assist students with Ubers/Lyfts/Taxi sharing with other travelers, and luggage.
